The statement “For Officers By Officers” is a common thread not only in the COPsync™ software but reflected in our dedication to your support needs. At COPsync, Inc., we support you at every step. You can choose from a variety of support options including phone, e-mail, Live Help Desk support (8am – 5pm Monday through Friday CST), Web-Based Training, In-Field Account Specialist, and 24/7 Live Instant Messenger help.

Should you have additional needs that our customer support team is unable to solve, you will be given, as a subscribing agency of COPsync™, cellular contact to one of the Senior Managers assigned to your agency. 

The COPsync™ software links every officer/agency on the system to a common network.  This allows all officers on the system to interact with other officers, not only to share criminal data but also offer technical support to each other.
